Develop Elite Velocity, Increase Efficiency, and Decrease risk of injury

Pitching is a very complex event. It involves multiple complex movements, perfectly sequenced and timed, to throw a 5oz ball to a spot the size of a dinner plate (or smaller) located 54’ to 60’6” away and has to be within a rectangular ‘strike zone’ approximately 18” x 24”. If you are an elite pitcher, you are to be able to throw that ball with radar like accuracy with the proper spin rate, spin axis, vertical break, horizontal break, and still hit your target… easy, right?

Our desire is to help athletes who have the desire to go on this journey to elite pitcher status to have the ability to do so. It is our mission to help pitchers develop elite velocity to get to the next level of their career, map the arm to increase throwing efficiency and decrease risk of injury, and develop a deep understanding of pitching we call Pitch Theory to better dominate hitters.
