What We Offer

When it comes to adult training, we have different options to fit your lifestyle, needs, and wants. If you are looking to just get in shape for health or increased quality of life, we have a program for that. If you have a more specific goal you are training for; either a marathon, a sport, or a hobby that requires physical fitness, and need more individualized training, we have a program for you. Or, you just may want to download our app and pick a premade program that fits your current goals and training needs.

Facility-Based Training Program

Rise and Grind

Our Rise and Grind program is our solution to adults that have a busy schedule and are looking for a quality workout without any fluff... okay, maybe a little fluff. There is always room for fluff. But really, this program was created to give adults a great workout to start their day off right. When coffee... or two... or three just isn’t enough to get the day going, Rise and Grind is! It is a combination of High-Intensity interval training, BodyBuilding, Powerlifting, and Mostaxibility (Mobility-Stability-Flexibility).

Just like with our Athlete Program, this program begins with our in-person Assessment which you can learn about here. This assessment will help us learn if there are specific goals that you are wanting to achieve, any injuries or movement deficiencies we need to be aware of before you jump into the program. That way we can adjust movements based on where you are so we can get you to where you want to go, quickly and safely. We all want to go fast and get to our goals quickly but sometimes we have to crawl before we can walk, walk before we can run, and run before we can run with lions... okay, maybe that last one isn’t for everyone, but it sounds cool.

Facility-Based Training Program

Active

Our active program is for adults who have specific goals they are working towards and need a personalized program to help them achieve this goal. It was inspired by our High Performance Program that is delivering great success with our younger competitive athletes. Whether you are a sunset athlete (older individual playing a demanding sport), have a high demand hobby, or have specific health goals that you are trying to reach, our active program can help you get there.

This program begins with our in-house assessment with an optional nutrition assessment that will help us develop goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) along with other markers to determine what kind of program is going to be best for you and your goals. From here we will customize a program for you that you can access through our TPL App, and follow with a coach or during open gym time, depending on your schedule.

Online Training

Fit.Lean.Strong

Take your training with you anywhere you go with the Fit.Lean.Strong powered by the TPL app. This program is focused on strength, movement, and flexibility — programmed with equipment and movements you can find in most commercial or home gyms to give you the ability to stay on track wherever you are.

The TPL app allows you to track each workout to record your progress and also view helpful video demonstrations of exercises and movements.
